Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Vatsal Trivedi, doing business as ONOR (One National Opportunity Radar) ("ONOR", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship based in Texas. By using the ONOR website or subscribing to ONOR alerts you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ONOR.
1. What ONOR is
ONOR collects public government contract opportunities from official sources such as SAM.gov and county and city procurement portals and presents them in one place. Browsing listings on the website is free. A paid subscription adds daily email alerts matched to the industries and areas you choose.
2. Not a government service
ONOR is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency, including the U.S. General Services Administration, SAM.gov, or any county or city. Submitting a bid always happens through the official agency process, never through ONOR.
3. Accuracy of information
Listings are copied automatically from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed, changed or withdrawn by the issuing agency. Always confirm every detail, including deadlines and requirements, on the official listing before you rely on it. See the data disclaimer.
4. Accounts
To subscribe you provide an email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you may only use ONOR for lawful business purposes.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Alerts are billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout, through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on the ONOR home page, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell or redistribute ONOR's compiled data or alerts in bulk, interfere with the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use ONOR to send spam.
7. Disclaimers
ONOR is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will win any contract or that alerts will be delivered without interruption.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONOR will not be liable for any lost profits, lost contracts, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You may stop using ONOR and cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing to use ONOR after that means you accept the updated terms.
